Due to the demand for Endocrinology care in the community, Highlands Regional would like to increase the provider base by adding an additional Endocrinologist to the area. Currently, there is only one Endocrinologist in the area with a booming practice and new patients are experiencing lengthy wait times. The physician will have the opportunity to join an established practice, be employed by the hospital and/or explore the opportunity as an independent practitioner.

- Joining Established Practice
This opportunity is to join a well established multi-specialty group containing nephrology, endocrinology, and internal medicine. Gross collection guarantee by hospital, additional support for start-up, relocation, and marketing. Employment contract with group including 3 year partnership track with no buy in. Practice call of 1:3.
- Hospital Employment
Highlands Regional employs a large group of Primary Care Physicians and is actively recruiting additional providers. Employment Package includes competitive base salary, eligibility for additional compensation based on cash collections, sign on bonus, 401K, medical malpractice, competitive vacation allowance, paid holidays, paid CME allotment, group health, dental and vision insurance, and relocation allowance.
- Independent Provider Highlands Regional will assist a provider interested in starting an independent practice by offering one year competitive income guarantee, overhead assistance including malpractice and rent, marketing assistance, and relocation package.
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible. Practice experience preferred but not required.
