Growing house call practice in Tampa Bay area is seeking a P/T or F/T physician. Our house call practice provides primary care services to homebound patients in their personal residence or assisted living facility. Our team of providers have a broad range of specialties and backgrounds which include internal medicine, hospice and palliative care, geriatrics, wound care, and psychology.

Our doctors provide most levels of medical care in the home, from routine exams to complex treatment plans. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care for every patient all within the home environment. Through quality medicine and compassionate service, our physicians are able to ease the burden of those having difficulty leaving their homes.

TRADITIONAL PRACTICE. Office and hospital patients. Female Internal Medicine physician in Ft. Lauderdale is looking to add a physician to her private practice. She has been in the Ft. Lauderdale area for 20 years. She has built her practice up to 5 physicians and downsized all the way down to herself. She is busy enough for two physicians, resulting in her looking for another. Her staff includes 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Medical Assistants, and office manager, and scheduler. She is fully operational. She sees about 25 patients daily in the office, and can easily see 40. She does not want to turn them away, but refer within. Share call with her and other physicians she shares call with. All to be discussed with her. Walking distance to the hospital.

The ideal candidate will be a ‘shaker and mover’. Female preferred. She must want to be busy and be successful. The driven candidate will have the opportunity to take over the practice in about 5 years. This physician is looking to pass the practice to the physician coming in.

This is not an employed position through the hospital system. The physician will employ the incoming physician, offer a 12-18 month salary, productivity incentives. More to be discussed with the physician. Foreign medical graduates welcome. Bi-lingual a plus. Diverse population. Our Physician Network which employs over 90 primary care providers is seeking an outstanding BC/BE Family Practice physician. The practice includes 5 full-time providers in a traditional inpatient/outpatient service model. The site is 3 miles from the hospital and has onsite lab, X-ray and a separately-staffed walk-in clinic. Call is 1:7. Physicians enjoy fantastic collegial relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is extremely loyal to our system of care.

Financial/Incentive Package:
Competitive salary guarantee supplemented by a RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. Salary is within MGMA guidelines. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses, full benefit package and all licenses and fees.
