NBMC is a very cohesive group, each physician runs their office practice by setting their own schedule and most work most work 4-4.5 days a week and hire their reception and clinical assistant. Each physician has three exam rooms and their own office. Very little managed care and the Medicaid patients are well managed under the Oregon Health Plan. It is two years until partnership in this multi-specialty clinic. You will have full voting rights day one.

Bay Area Hospital has more than 1,000 employees with 120 physicians on its medial staff and is governed by a five-member Board of Directors’ who are elected officials. They offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic Day Surgery services. The hospital’s inpatient and outpatient’s services include medical, surgical, mental health, pediatric, critical care, home health, outpatient psychiatric, oncology, obstetrical and other specialties. Physicians and nurses and technologists are on duty 23 hours a day to meet the medical and emergency needs of South Coast residents and visitors. The hospital has 132 beds. Most of the physician offices are located just minutes from the hospital. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
