Family Practice physician needed in upstate South Carolina to join a very busy practice of four physicians, two NPs, and an onsite psychologist serving Laurens County and beyond. The physicians do both inpatient and outpatient work with a call schedule of 1:4. The new associate would be stepping into an immediate patient base. The Family Healthcare Center has developed a state of the art EMR and has been recognized by COHSEC as a Cardiovascular Center of Excellence. The physicians are also active in performing minor surgeries, endoscopy, and colposcopy. This city is a beautiful and friendly community surrounded by beautiful lakes, offering 212 miles of shoreline. It is located near major interstate highways and is only 45 minutes south of Greenville and less than 3 hours from either the mountains or coastline. The area offers many recreational activities and includes an Arnold Palmer signature golf course. There are excellent public and private educational systems as well as a fully accredited four year private college, serving a county of approximately 70,000 with 9,800 within the city.

The practice has the opportunity for inpatient or outpatient, holds a 1:6 call schedule, and works a four day week. This Health Center is affiliated with Self Regional Healthcare, a 414 bed regional referral facility. This city is located an hour from Greenville. Position offers excellent compensation and benefits package.
