- The only surgical spine related practice within 70-mile radius
- The call schedule will be 1:4 covering for Level III designated hospitals
- Very favorable payor mix with nearly 50% commercial payors
- 75% of the surgical cases are spine related cases
- Autonomy of using any Instrumentation Company such as Medtronic, Zimmer, Synthes, Depuy, etc

We are offering an attractive guaranteed annual salary between $600,000 and $700,000 depending on board status, the package also includes productivity and sign on bonuses, and a shareholder eligibility track.
