BC/BE Family Practice physician. The practice includes 5 full-time providers in a traditional inpatient/outpatient service model. The site is 3 miles from the hospital and has onsite lab, X-ray and a separately-staffed walk-in clinic. Call is 1:7. Physicians enjoy fantastic collegial relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is extremely loyal to our system of care.
Financial/Incentive Package:
Competitive salary guarantee supplemented by a RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses, full benefit package and all licenses and fees.
